Blue Ducks Foundation

The Blue Ducks Foundation has been set up to raise awareness and funds for mental health within the yachting industry.

At the heart of Blue Ducks are Jess and Ed Dunnett from Onshore Cellars and Tony Stout founder of YachtNeeds, three individuals whose paths have uniquely intersected through their shared experiences in the yachting industry.

Each of them have not only worked on yachts in the past but now also lead companies within the yachting space.
It is from this vantage point of extensive industry insight and personal experience that the concept of Blue Ducks was born.

The Mission

Blue Ducks is more than just an initiative; it's a call to action for everyone involved in the yachting industry.
From management and owners, to the crew members who are the backbone of every operation, they aim to foster a culture of support, awareness, and ultimately change.  `
They believe that by drawing from all our unique experiences and leveraging our current positions, we can drive a significant shift towards better mental health practices and awareness in the yachting industry.

The Vision

The team leading Blue Ducks envision a future where mental health is openly discussed, where support systems are the norm, and where every individual in the yachting industry feels valued and understood.
Through awareness, they aim to create a ripple effect of accountability and change, ensuring that the well-being of crew members is not just an afterthought but a pinnacle pillar of the yachting community.

Gala & Charity Auction - 3rd May at Villa Djunah, Antibes 

The inaugural event this year is to raise funds to support ISWAN and the Welfare of Yacht Crew project, which includes the delivery of the vital much needed Yacht Crew Help service.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Villa Djunah in Antibes, this exclusive Black Tie evening will feature a charity auction, an exquisite selection of canapés, and a bar brimming with fine wines and crafted cocktails.
