Your use of Super Yacht Services Guide (the “Site”) constitutes acceptance by you of the following Terms and Conditions of Use:

1. Copyright and Trademarks


This Site is owned and operated by Superyacht Publications Limited (“the Company”) and the information and materials appearing on the Site (“the Content”) are displayed for personal, non-commercial use only. All software used on the Site and all Content included on the Site including, without limitation, site design, text, graphics, audio and video and the selection and arrangement thereof but excluding any User Generated Content (see 8 below) is the property of the Company or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

None of the Content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written permission of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading of one copy of extracts from the Site on any single computer for personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are kept intact. Modification of any of the Content or use of any of the Content for any purpose other than as set out herein (including without limitation on any other website or computer network) is prohibited.

The names Superyacht Publications, Superyacht Services Guide, the SSG roundel and Captains Recommended Service roundel are either registered or pending trademarks of the Company.

2. Access and Use

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; and
2. All recommendations and service feedback you give us is truthful and accurate.

3. Links to third party web sites

The Site may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. These links are included solely
for the convenience of users and do not constitute any endorsement by the Company of the sites linked or referred to, nor does the Company have any control over the content of any such sites.

4. Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information on the Site is as up-to-date as possible. Some details, however such as business names, telephone numbers, website addresses, and location addresses are liable to change. The Company does not accept any responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of this information, nor for any material on third party websites and cannot guarantee that any third party websites listed will be a suitable source of Recommended Services (as defined in the Superyacht Services Guide). In addition, we have made every effort to ensure that any content sent to and displayed on the Site from Recommended Services, captains and crew, and other third parties is appropriate to the Site, however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, or that it is a suitable source of service recommendation . However, we value your comments, views and suggestions very highly so please send us any feedback 

The Site is provided by the Company in good faith but does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to all or any part of the Site or the Content or any websites to which the Site is linked, and all warranties and representations are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. Product Sales and Availability

Sales of the Company’s guides on the Site are facilitated by Bluewater Books and Charts at Blue Water and such sales are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to that site. The Company will endeavour to keep the Site up to date but cannot guarantee that any products displayed for sale on the Site will be in stock and available for purchase at the above-mentioned site at all times.

6. Changes to these conditions of use

The Company reserves the right to add to or change these conditions of use and agrees to ensure that a note of the date and clause number of any such amendments will be included as part of the conditions. Any changes will be posted to this page and it is your responsibility as a user to ensure that you are aware of any such changes from time to time. Changes will become effective 24 hours after first posting and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the Site after that time.

7. User information

We will store and use any of your information that you supply to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see point 9 below).

8. Submitting User Generated Content

This website contains a section where users can submit their own feedback and comments in email format (“User Generated Content”). The views expressed in these emails are those of the individuals and are not necessarily those of the Company. We retain the right to delete, move, edit, update or otherwise alter content in any way, at our discretion and without notice.

By emailing us your comments and feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, world-wide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute and display such content in any format now known or later developed including, without limitation, in our Superyacht Services Guides, on our website, and in marketing material. If you do not want to grant us these rights, please do not submit your comments or materials to us.

• falsify the recommendations and feedback you send us; 
• contribute content with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act;
• email content that contains viruses or that may damage the Company’s systems or another user’s computer.
