With over 25 years experience in the superyacht industry, Sageseas provides Captains and crew with a variety of services to promote collective crew wellbeing and a positive onboard dynamic. 

Sageseas is founded by Mallorca based personable Paula Dickens, who has over 25 years experience in yachting as crew and managing crew. Paula worked for well known Master Yachts Consultancy in Palma in crew management.

She has a Diploma in Crew Management and Agency as well as completing a diploma course in Mental Health and Wellness, so has first hand qualifications and experience to help support and lead change in the industry when it comes to crew welfare, leadership and performance.

Paula has created Sageseas, gathering a qualified team of associates to offer tailored services that include a combination of consultancy, development and support. Services are bespoke to each yacht, and focus on cultivating crew cohesion, leadership and onboard culture.
