Sageseas is delighted to share a couple of new initiatives they are hosting next week, running a Captains Round Table and a Pursers Pause for Thought.
These interactive forums will be hubs of insight, expertise and feedback from their members. Their focus will be on candid, open discussions...

Sessions will be facilitated by some of the Sageseas team, with guest speakers invited to share their expertise, to a small group limited to 12 places.
The first two sessions will be led by Amazon best-selling author and international speaker @SimonShepard, CEO of @optima-life, who will focus on what he refers to as the Key Human Performance Indicators - the factors that underpin sustained human performance. With three decades of working with teams from the worlds of sport and business this is a session that Sageseas hope will provide an opportunity to Reflect, Realign and Reboot and consider how you will look after yourself and lead your crew in 2024.

Sageseas is founded by Mallorca based personable Paula Dickens, who has over 25 years experience in yachting as crew and managing crew. Paula worked for well known Master Yachts Consultancy in Palma in crew management. She has a Diploma in Crew Management and Agency.
She has also completed a diploma course in Mental Health and Wellness, so has first hand qualifications and experience to help support and lead change in the industry when it comes to crew welfare, leadership and performance.
Paula has created Sagseas, gathering a qualified team of associates to offer tailored services that include a combination of consultancy, development and support. Services are bespoke to each yacht, and focus on cultivating crew cohesion, leadership and onboard culture.
