Sometimes just sitting down at a random restaurant you discover this little gem. Pentolina was just that to us. Head Chef Gabriele Olivieri was able to surprise us with his fresh pasta dishes that were both traditional Italian and fusion inspired and all served in a true Italian atmosphere without frills. Sometimes perfect is good enough.
