Wet markets are the traditional way to shop in Thailand and every sub district has their own designated market place and set schedule of market days. The main market in Phuket town near the circle is open daily from about 0200 and closes at 1100. The market is divided into meat/seafood floor and fruit/vegetable floor, they have just about everything.
