Hourglass Brasserie

We had very positive feedback from one yacht chef raving about this casual French style Bistro located at 382 Thames St. on Bristol’s waterfront. Their menu changes seasonally using the freshest ingredients, an extensive wine menu all served in an elegant setting. The chef is passionate about his food and you can see it in the presentation of the dishes. Open for dinner Weds-Sunday.
