Speedkart is one of the most popular places for crewmembers to have fun whilst in Toulon. Located nearby the airport of Toulon-Hyères, about 35 km from the shipyards, Speedkart offers several tracks and more than one hundred karts for adults or kids. They can organize 'real' competitions complete with prize giving! We had heard that some of the shipyards would organize races between yachts and the yards’ staff as a fun event for all.
