The Soller train has been running since 1912, There are five trains a day during the summer months – with one stop at the attractive hillside village of Bunyola – from where the train noticeably climbs prior to entering a three kilometre tunnel, before dropping dramatically down a series of hairpin bends to the final stop at the town of Soller. An equally ancient tram, the Orange Express connects with the arrival of the Palma train to take passengers on to the Port of Soller .
