Their professional team design, engineer and manufacture all of their sails in house. Their vast 2000m2 solar powered sailmaking facility ensures they are well placed to take care of all sail service requirements, including:

• Sail removal, collection, delivery and refitting

• Climate controlled storage

Their portfolio of exclusive technologies includes the composite membrane 4T Forte. This industry leading composite membrane revolutionises sailmaking with a 3D aero-thermo moulded continuous fiber structure. This guarantees strength, lightness, and durability. 4T Forte is the only 100% recyclable sail material on the market, with full ISO 14040 LCA certification and the lowest carbon footprint of any sail material in existence.

In addition, their revolutionary downwind sails, featuring Integrated Furling Structure (IFS) technology, have replaced cumbersome anti-torsion cables with continuous light and thin high-strength fibers, resulting in significant reductions in weight, cost, and complexity and improved performance across the wind range.
