Castle Hill

The site of the first town founded by the ancient Greeks, today’s ‘Colline du Château’ has preserved only a few foundations and fragments of walls; but the large and beautiful ‘Parc du Château’ and botanical gardens offer unique vistas of Nice and its surroundings. Access is by lift at the eastern end of the Cours Saleya.
