On an amazing sail through the Bay of Kotor, the town itself is located in the furthest reaches of the fiord, under Lovćen Mountain. As you approach you can see a wall snaking up the mountain but the old UNESCO World Heritage town itself, is hidden behind the ancient Venician town wall. Once through the town gate you find a captivating mix of Baroque, Venetian and Austrian architecture full of cobblestone streets, polished marble piazzas, palazzos and cathedrals. There is a quay for cruise ships and Superyachts with armed guards. A tunnel connects Kotor and Tivat
