MRCC Fort de France is located on Martinique, the regional centre responsible for the coordination of search and rescue incidents in the West Indies, covering a large area from Anguilla down to the southern tip of Saint Lucia and all passages in between.

This is an emergency air & sea rescue service that all superyacht captains should be aware of.
