Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay are nondischarge zones. Most marinas have pump out facilities available, otherwise there are two pump out boats operating in the harbour that can be called directly.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the pump out boats are not free! They are privately owned and charge 1$ per gallon.
