Bush Bros. Provision Co.

Founded in 1925, by their great grandfather, brothers Harry and Billy now run Bush Brothers with their children, Jessica, John, and Doug representing the fifth generation of the Bush Family. Kathy Maxted heads up the yacht division and loves the creativity that the yacht chefs bring to her day. She enjoys showing chefs around the facility, touring the plant and seeing what new products they have on hand.

Bush Brothers offers an incredible variety of fresh meats and poultry. They also dry-age Choice and Prime beef and, with sufficient notice, can supply Kosher and Halal foods as well. In addition, the yachting division can also supply fresh fish and other seafood, dairy products, frozen gourmet specialties, hors d’oeuvres, wild game, classic French stocks and sauces and exotic desserts.

For yacht chefs, they can custom cut products to an individual chef’s specification and will vacuum pack and flash freeze any product, including fresh seafood. The Bush Brothers’ very comprehensive ‘Product Guide’ came consistently recommended as a ‘must have’ for the galley shelf of every yacht chef looking for the best quality products to please their owners and guests. This is now available on CD and can also be downloaded from their website.
