This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website and your rights to control how we process this data. The website includes links to other websites and this policy does not cover these websites. 

The policy sets out our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your personal information. It shows how Superyacht Publications Ltd  uses and protects information & your privacy, with data you may have sent or we have gathered in research. Information obtained from visitors to our website, Recommendation & Contact forms, plus the research we carry out globally to create the Superyacht Services Guides, will only be used for the purposes outlined in this policy.

At no time will we sell or otherwise provide your personal information to a third party. We want to especially reassure Yacht Personnel & Captains that their contact details remain totally confidential & we firmly adhere to this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect about you?

Contact form

The information you supply to us on our contact form is sent to us by email and will only be used to fulfil your enquiry. Emails that don't contain sensitive information are deleted after 1 year. Your data is also stored by the website as a record of your contact and deleted after 30 days.

Recommend a service form

The information you supply us when you recommend a service will be used to validate your recommendation. We may use any comments you provide as quotes in our service listings on the website and our guidebooks, however we will never include your name or your yacht's name with these quotes.

Website usage data

We use Google Analytics to help us monitor visits to the website so that we can make improvements. The information collected is anonymous and is not used in a way that could identify you. We do not implement (or allow Google to) any tracking that could be used to target adverts to you.
