St. Vincent & the Grenadines
A Chain of Islands Made for Cruising
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines by Superyacht

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines offers a striking change of scene within a single island chain. Mountainous Saint Vincent rises above rainforest and a volcanic northern coast, while the smaller Grenadines bring sailing communities, island villages and reef-fringed cruising grounds. Bequia’s maritime traditions, Mustique’s discreet shoreside atmosphere and the Tobago Cays each give an itinerary a different character. Together, the islands reward a voyage that moves beyond one anchorage or resort.
Destination Highlights
- Grenadines Island Hopping
- Bequia’s Sailing Heritage
- Tobago Cays Marine Park
- Canouan Superyacht Berthing
- Private Aviation Access
- Saint Vincent’s Volcanic Interior
The Grenadines lend themselves to an itinerary with distinct guest experiences: Bequia for its sailing culture and shoreside life, Mustique for secluded shoreside setting, and the Tobago Cays' reef for snorkelling and turtle encounters. Canouan combines large-yacht berthing, fuel and an airport beside the marina, making it a practical place to embark guests or prepare for islands with fewer shoreside facilities. Local yacht agents can help coordinate arrangements across the islands, while Saint Vincent offers a contrasting day ashore in its volcanic, forested interior. Between Saint Lucia and Grenada, the chain can form the centre of a longer Windward Islands itinerary rather than a single destination call.
International Access
Argyle International Airport serves the main island. Canouan’s airport, adjacent to the superyacht marina, accommodates private aviation and regional connections; aircraft arrangements require advance confirmation.
Yachting Infrastructure
Canouan has the country’s principal confirmed superyacht marina berthing, with fuel and shoreside facilities. Bequia offers smaller yacht berths (up to 160 ft), provisioning, marine supplies and yacht agent support. Agents also coordinate services across the islands. Larger repairs and haul-out should be planned against confirmed, currently operating facilities.
- Max berthing: marina berth in Canouan up to 100 m LOA and about 5,5 m draft
- Max haul-out: small craft haul-out only.
