Our online platform is updated continuously throughout the year as new recommendations come in and details change. Additionally, our global network of regional authors thoroughly research and update information annually for our printed guides.
How can I recommend a fantastic service that I have used?
You can submit your feedback confidentially by clicking "recommend a service". You will just need to provide the company's name, why you are recommending them, and your details (including your yacht name and position) so our team can verify the recommendation. If preferred, you can also remain anonymous.
What happens if a service receives a negative review?
We take all feedback from captains and crew very seriously. Negative comments or complaints are discreetly followed up and investigated by our team. If a service no longer meets the high standards expected by the superyacht industry, or fails to resolve repeated complaints, it will be removed from the directory to protect the integrity of the guide.
How can I add my company to the directory?
You can request a basic listing by creating an account on our platform. Once registered, you will receive a personalised recommendation link to share with captains and crew to verify the quality of your service. Please contact us directly if you need any further information or guidance.
Can I update the information on my own listing?
Yes. You can keep your profile accurate and current by using the "claim my listing" button on your page. From there, you can submit changes directly to our editorial team, who will review and verify the updates before they go live.
