Oceania Yacht Agency are pleased to announce that Nathan Tomlinson is their new Yacht Support Agent! Nathan has many years of industry experience as superyacht crew. More recently he has been spending significant time assisting vessels during yard periods before now taking up this position with OYA. This background makes him ideally placed to offer their Superyacht clients an exceptional service.

Oceania Yacht Agency is supported by a network of representatives covering the South Pacific and the Caribbean, as well as the experienced project management team at Oceania Marine Shipyards. This enables Nathan to provide Superyachts entering the Pacific with essential information, guidance, and assistance to those who wish to make that necessary stop in New Zealand.
OYA has ideally located offices within the Business Hub at South Shipyard, Port Whangarei, New Zealand. The Business Hub is a free of charge facility within the Port Whangarei Marine Centre, available for use by visiting marine businesses and superyacht crew. It provides meeting rooms, offices and lounge area supported by a canteen, Zoom facilities, copier etc. It is also close to Superyacht berthage and strategically placed between New Zealand ports of entry at Opua, Whangarei and Auckland.

Nathan’s prime focus for the coming year will be to cover the South Pacific region, as well as reaching out to vessels in Asia and the Caribbean that intend to make their way into the Pacific. He will work with superyacht crews and their managing agents to facilitate a smooth and hassle-free entry into New Zealand.
As the New Zealand stop-over usually entails a catch up on maintenance and survey requirements, Oceania Marine can provide options and pricing and even offer a refit proposal prepared for each client.
