Family owned and operated by Mike who has over 35 years of food service and meat cutting experience. He believes in good quality and fair prices. They are a full service butcher shop and carry 100 %boars head Deli meat. He also provides knife sharpening, butcher classes and does the occasional cookout at the marina for the crew.
