Benjamin and team are super stars. They know what they are doing and they do it with a smile and a lot of good fun.

We had a problem with our KVH VSAT and couldn't get any service in Las Palmas, before our ocean crossing. After much dialogue with the KVH team, they mentioned that the best service provider in the Caribbean was YatchSat in St Marteen (Dutch side). They were 100% right, it was worth the wait.

I reached out to Simon at Shore Support to see if he could recommend someone to help me get my DISH TV's online and he put me onto Ben at Yacht Sat.

He helped me troubleshoot some issues onboard over the phone and eventually we figured out that he would need to make a service call, He came out to the vessel the following morning with all the parts we needed and he correctly re-configured the system wiring and setup. The system has been bulletproof ever since and i can't thank him enough for his wealth of knowledge and genuine interest in wanting to get things working.

I was introduced to Ben in 2016 facing a full refit of our VSAT & TVRO systems onboard and have since always turned to Ben & the team at YachtSat since, on various vessels.

Had one of their guys come out to the boat in St’ Maarten. Was able to troubleshoot and make a quick fix of the problem. Still checked in every couple of days to make sure all was working fine there-after. Was also happy to help and assist with multiple other issues. Their services definitely come recommended!

This is was my first time dealing with YachtSat. I had an excellent experience. Ben is very knowledgeable. The customer service is great! They are always avaliable to help, no matter the time of day.

They make the complicated things seem very basic, and can explain it in a way that makes sense to everyong.

I will continue to use them in the future, wether it is on the current yacht or on a different yacht in the future!

I have used Yachtsat on every boat I've served on and the service given has always been professional and up to standards.

We have been using YachtSat for about three years now on a 43meter for TVRO/VSAT antenna maintenance and repairs when needed. YachtSat helped us through a very troublesome time with a poor VSAT internet provider/reseller. VSAT internet provider/reseller could not deliver internet reliably and was telling us our antenna was the cause of issues(existing antenna was only about 4 years old at the time).

I reached out to YachtSat and YachtSat assured us our antenna was fine after visiting. They said they would be able to keep it functional for years to come. YachtSat found multiple issues from old VSAT provider with firmware mismatch and options file. Completed migration to new VSAT internet provider and all is running well. We are still running the existing original antenna with a new VSAT internet provider. Antenna was fine and YachtSat saved us a large amount of time, money, and frustration.

We also did a complete renewal of wireless access points with a new Kerio server installation about a year ago. Will keep on calling them as needed for maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting/repairs as needed!!

I came across Ben a few years ago when in need of a VSAT technician to assist in diagnosing a fault and he was happy to fly out us at short notice. Having spent many years as a sea-going captain, I’ve picked up enough working knowledge of communications equipment to trust Ben’s advice and recommendations. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve been told by various companies that the equipment installed onboard is obsolete and should all be ripped out or that a particular service provider is hopeless. Ben did not take that approach, his survey and follow on recommendations were based on provable fact to the extent that we solved our communications problems with some significant software upgrades to our existing equipment. I have invested in new types of specialist communications equipment for remote cruising with Ben but based on the fact that I trust his advice and that trust is everything to me. I won’t now use anyone else and I’d highly recommend his company.

I have been doing business with YachtSat since taking over 43m Yacht Lady J three years ago. At the time we were dealing with an antiquated system and YachtSat consistently and patiently worked us through many issues when others would have given up on our system. As a busy charter program their help was invaluable to us.
I got to see the other side of YachtSat when we did purchase a new system. Their desire to fit us with the products and services that we needed was without pressure. The install process was seamless and the start up was as well. It's been over a year since the new install and the most important thing that anyone can say about any contractor is that they always answer your call! Not only answer but I have participated in some pretty long diagnostic conversations without them ever saying they had to get off of the phone. If that didn't get the job done they were on their way to see us and rectify the problem. YachtSat's support is on par with any of your favorite contractors. They don't give up.
Add to that their St. Maarten office and we are in their neighborhood wherever Lady J travels.
I do not write testimonials like this lightly. YachtSat's knowledge and support is the best that I've encountered in their field.
I encourage you to contact them and enjoy the experience that I've had with them.

Great customer service provided by Ben at YachtSat, which includes the rest of his team. Sorted out our issues with the KVH TRVO antennas and serviced our Sailor 900 VSAT system. They are always available night or day to assist with any issues. I highly recommend using their service for your VSAT and TVRO needs.
