The Pearl Museum Robert Wan – Papeete

A visit to The Robert Wan Pearl Museum is the must-see activity on the island of Tahiti for anyone wishing to understand the Tahitian Cultured Pearl.

The Robert Wan Pearl Museum provides numerous illustrations and explanations that are adapted for those learning as well as for experienced visitors, revealing the Tahitian Cultured Pearl’s mysteries and symbols over the centuries. Robert Wan also shares pieces from his private collection, among which is the biggest Tahitian round pearl in the world, called « La Robert WAN ». 

A team of advisers and experts, who speak many languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese) will guide you during your visit and will assist you during the choice of your precious souvenir.

Robert WAN are committed to providing an international standard luxury experience, customized services for their guests such as privatization of the Pearl Museum or one of their eight boutiques in French Polynesia, as well as Private Pearl presentations and lectures at  guests’ chosen location – including on board visiting superyachts. 

Open from Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 5 pm. 

Entrance is free with shuttles available on demand.
