Known to be the go-to for oysters, fish, muscles and pretty much anything that comes from the ocean! Chefs would be wise to place an order with them as they do sell out quickly.  They stock Bruny Island Oysters and Barilla Bay Oysters.  They also have a restaurant just near the Airport, so chefs could drive out and speak with the oyster farmers themselves, if they wanted to source directly.
