Every Saturday morning, the best part of these markets for chefs is the fruit and veg section run by the Hmong People every Saturday.  Lovely vegies laid out in neat rows. They are situated in the flat part of the market – the only stores selling vegies under tents so hard to miss. Some 100% organic vegie stores on Saturdays too – would be a good place for chefs to go to talk to the actual farmers if they wanted to have deliveries from farmers direct.  

The daily market has a selection of florists.
