There are three restaurant options at The Park Hyatt in St. Kitts.  

The Great House Restaurant – Unlike anywhere else on the island, the Great House Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner – offering inspired blends of classic Kittitian and International cuisines. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Fisherman’s Village Restaurant  - An open-air, over-the-water, casual and fun atmosphere that serves lunch and dinner. It reflects the huts and berths that once lined the coastline of St. Kitts - and offers an Ocean-to-Table family dining experience. 

The Stone Barn Restaurant offers ‘adult-only’ fine dining, where food is served straight from the hearth and from their hearts. Awaken your taste buds, engage the mind, create and share moments at the Stone Barn.
