This fisherman’s ‘Dive Shop’ - located just off the beach to the west of the B&C Fuel Dock - came recommended specifically (and only) for their ‘short notice’ Dive Tank refills. The shop is run by Althus Caesar… just walk down the beach to find him, or alternatively phone him up.
