Caraibe Marine Chandlery

Caraibe Marine is a very comprehensively stocked chandlery covering all marine services whilst specializing in rigging.

As well as holding a complete stock of running rigging (incl. spectra) and deck hardware, other chandlery items  include mechanical and electrical spares, inverters, pumps, hatches, anchors, port lights, safety equipment, water makers, air conditioning units, maintenance products, charts, courtesy flags and the entire range of Clin Azur products. 

They are agents for Kohler, Onan, Fisher Panda, Selden, Gleistein, Liros and for Goiot, Harken, Lewmar, Navtec, Z Spars, Facnor and Profurl., Caraibe Marine also provides extensive electronic and electrical works and carpentry..

Caraibe Electronique

Port de Plaisance, Bld Allègre 

For technical repairs and electrical, electronic and associated services. Agents for Onan, Kohler, Fisher Panda, Victron, Sea Recovery and Dolphin . The electrical team is headed by Fred, whilst the electronics team is managed by specialist Matthieu Ducasse. Within the recently expanded and very impressive custom designed dockside workshop, each service has its own dedicated work areas – where they can undertake jobs of any size (from small tasks to complete engine rebuilds). 

There is an onsite testing station within the workshop that enables full tests on water maker units off the boat and  a dedicated hydraulic testing station, a machine tooling lathe and banks of batteries to test a variety of 12-volt system

Their highly qualified electronic technicians work from dedicated electronics benches; and are some of the best on island, who can undertake the most detailed and minute repairs on a variety of marine electronic equipment. new electronic units and all electrical equipment.

Managed by Anthony - who speaks good English - this comprehensive machine shop has the ability to manufacture and shape all types of metal with designated sections for machining, welding, folding and rolling.
They are able to design, manufacture and repair almost all the aluminium, stainless steel and steel requirements of any type and size vessel.
They also make saffron rings, solar panel supports and much more!
