Innovation 3 have a great reputation and come highly recommended as one of the top marine composite companies in Palma de Mallorca. They have an experienced team who are experts in the design, manufacture and installation of high-end components such as yacht steps, tender fenders and advanced carbon composites for superyachts.

Since the company was founded in 2013, I3 have built a strong reputation on consistently delivering the highest standards, on time and on budget. Their professional team have worked with some of the industry's most prestigious vessels and companies around the world. Over time, they have built a valuable database of knowledge and contacts allowing them to complete tricky and ambitious yacht constructions, and refits / repair projects.

The Process:

I3 have an in-house design department and their knowledge of the latest cutting edge techniques, materials and procedures allow them to take an idea and transform visions into reality through the various stages of design / manufacture / installation.

• The I3 design team can produce 3D renders to show what the proposed component will look like before production
• Production takes place in their specialist boat building workshop to manufacture the component
• Finally, the installation team will install the component on the vessel

Their workshop is located in Can Valero (10 mins from STP, Astilleros, and marinas in Palma) and is a spacious 400m2 facility with 500m2 of outside space than has been specifically setup for composite boat building.

I3 have a 4axis CNC machine for all tooling requirements, a 10m2 resin infusion vacuum table, a 6m x 3m pre preg vacuum table and two ovens for making large pre preg components like BHD's and longits for new builds. They also have mobile workshops to perform mobile refits / repairs in shipyards and marinas.
