These clients range from superyachts, offshore yacht races and private vessels cruising around the world. The company headquarters are based in Southampton, UK and the company also have bases in Palma, Antibes & Fort Lauderdale. 

MSOS has unrivalled experience delivering Telemedical Support through a team of UK-based Doctors, often under challenging circumstances in the remotest areas of the world. 

Over the past thirty years, they have supported iconic yacht races such as the Whitbread, Volvo Ocean Race and Global Challenge.

With the race departing from Ocean Village and in celebration of the 50^th anniversary of the Whitbread Race, MSOS felt it was the perfect opportunity to use the occasion to bring all of their staff from across the world together.
