Mitch Taxi - No.159

Mitch has a “clean and spotless” 14-seater, air conditioned new Ford Transit taxi, and offers airport connections, provisioning runs, dinner transfers, excursions, sight-seeing and island tours in St Thomas. He is extremely well connected and offers a dependable and reliable service. He has been described as a ‘true professional’ who works throughout day and night and is, in his own words, on call ‘25hrs a day’. 

Mitch’s motto is ‘Punctuality, reliability & honesty’. He works very closely with all the port agents and the FBO Facilities – standing by to offer VIP transfer services for yachting clients and owners, as well as being available to work hand in hand with the captain and crew.

Additionally, Mitch is also one of the few taxi drivers that we know of, who is permitted to drive out onto the commercial runway (Cyril E King airport ) to liaise with private jets and discreetly transfer clients straight into his vehicle.
