The Fruit Bowl

The Fruit Bowl offers a custom provisioning service in the USVI to superyacht chefs – supplying a wide range of gourmet items, drinks and specialist produce including: New Zealand, Australian and USDA prime meats, Wagyu & Kobe beef, ‘Cryo-vac’ packaged fish from Europe, salmon from Faroe Islands, New Zealand and Alaska, Maine lobster, local spiny lobster, shrimp, oysters, Irish sausages and bacon, a vast selection of specialist vegetables, herbs and salads including hydroponics and microgreens. 

The business has a strong commitment to high-quality produce and customer service, dedicated to delivering fast ‘turn-arounds’ at short notice. Whilst the Fruit Bowl encourages customers to visit the store so they can see the quality of produce in person, though orders can be telephoned, faxed or emailed in advance. Delivery is available to any marina on St. Thomas on any day, at any time.
