Perast

The tiny ancient settlement of Perast can be reached by boat or car. It consists of sixteen palaces and nineteen churches with beautiful façades and is protected by UNESCO. Perast has some of the most beautiful views on the Bay of Kotor with many of Montenegro’s most familiar picture postcard vistas shot here. The petite, chapel topped isles of St.George and Gospa od Škrpjela (Our Lady of the Rocks) lie just offshore.
