The Prince’s Palace

Standing on the site of a fortress erected by the Genoese in 1215, the Prince’s Palace houses splendours tracing seven centuries of uninterrupted sovereignty. The surrounding gardens and church, makes this a worthwhile end to a walk from the old town. Open every day, one can view the treasures within (for a small fee) and delight in the traditional ritual of the Changing of the Guard at 1155hrs precisely.
