Heaven’s Best (near Portsmouth)

Heaven’s Best is a local guesthouse and excellent little restaurant located in Savanne-Paille near Portsmouth. Described as being: “By far the best meal we have had in the area”, Heaven’s Best is managed and run by Cleo and Heskeith Clarke, with chef Heskeith running the kitchen. They serve lunch and dinner by reservation only. With no liquor license, they encourage people to bring their own wine and alcoholic drinks.
