Kaya is a year round resident in the USA, though is originally from Antigua and picked up his skills working on boats as a child, and followed his passion to specialise in yacht varnishing, painting and polishing. He travels anywhere along the East Coast but you generally find him working at the Shipyard with a team of varnishers. One Captain told us how much they appreciated his gentle manner, honesty and expertise as a varnisher.
