Historic Fell’s Point
Folklore, fantasy and more than a few ghost stories, thrive in the historic waterfront village of Fell’s Point; a charming neighborhood full of eclectic shops, restaurants, and taverns. Complete with Cobbled Stone Streets, it has a certain charm that resists the towering architectures of the neighboring Inner Harbor development. In its early days, Fell’s Point was a thriving town with a serious ship building yard facility that produced the famous USS Constellation in 1795, which can now be seen permanently moored in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. In addition, the wellrecommended Admiral Fell Inn (see ‘Hotels’ section) is located in Fell’s Point. For a closer look at this National Historic Landmark district, visit their website.
