Over the last few years OmniAccess has evolved from a local Internet Service Provider into a genuine marine networking and communications specialist, with various IT products and services in their portfolio. Firstly, they offer their reliable and secure wireless "OmniAccess PortLink" broadband Internet access service in selected ports (Palma, Puerto Portals, Barcelona, Valencia, La Napoule; with more ports to follow). With speeds of up to 2 mbps, "PortLink" has become the preferred solution for many professional yachts in Palma. In addition to that, they run their dedicated "PortMax" variant, which offers the incredible speed of 10 mbps. Second in their product line is the OmniAccess VSAT service, which is targeted at large yachts that need to stay online wherever they go. Using their own satellite network, "OmniAccess SatLink" can offer a premium service throughout the Mediterranean, Middle East and North America / Caribbean with speeds of up to 2048 kbps and a very interesting pricing model. The integrated feature in their line is the OmniPhone VOIP telephony service, which has been specifically optimized for use via wireless and VSAT links. It allows yachts to place and receive calls at extremely competitive rates, offering huge cost saving potential. With its unique features, it allows yachts to emulate an "internal" PBX phone system over the Internet (with no charge for internal calls!) and also offers inbound numbers from various popular countries. Apart from the OmniAccess and OmniPhone services, the company also uses its extensive networking knowledge to design, certify and (if required) install complete onboard IT networks. Since their philosophy is to make networks as self- supporting as possible (without the need for onboard visits / maintenance), they have also developed a unique advanced remote support and monitoring solution dubbed "OmniAccess RSM". Using the extensive infrastructure of their Network Operating Centre in the Netherlands and Palma de Mallorca, they can monitor and (if needed) troubleshoot virtually all aspects of the entire onboard network remotely on a 24x7 basis.
