Marina Juan - Margarita

We picked up some more excellent feedback last
eason, for Juan Baro who has a dinghy dock at the head of the anchorage at Bahia Concorde in Porlamar (10 degrees 57.16' North / 63 degrees 49.44' West). He speaks English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese and helps yachts out in any way he can.

For the Captain who originally referred him to us, this meant taking his 'Ship's Papers' and organizing all the customs / immigration clearances, and obtaining the appropriate cruising permit.

He also does 'free' daily shopping runs into large malls, and offers laundry services, Wi-Fi Internet, has a telephone for international calls, and also has a small grocery store close by the dock.

He is open Mon-Fri from 0800-1900hrs, and on Saturday mornings.

Terry Bannon - Margarita

We received some very positive feedback for Terry Bannon last season, who was said to be the only Yacht Agent based in Margarita, and is able to assist with organizing all formalities and paperworks required for Margarita and Venezuela, plus a wide spectrum of other yacht support services, as required.

We were told by one Captain, how “He was a very resourceful contact indeed!”
