This dedicated mechanical engineering firm, came recommended last year as being very well resourced and thoroughly professional. Trintrac Limited are the authorized distributors in the Southern Caribbean for Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Deere & Honda Marine Engines, providing full technical and parts support. They are also the authorized Mercruiser and ZF (transmissions) dealer for Trinidad and Tobago. We were first recommended to this company by one Captain, who commented that they were, “a very professional engineering team, properly factory trained and a very good contact to have”. He further quoted "They did a major overhaul on our two main engines, stripped, serviced and rebuilt the turbo's and carried out a compression test on the units." Trintrac were also said to be very good for sourcing any Yanmar spares, unsurprisingly, as they are the authorised main dealer for Yanmar in the Southern Caribbean.
