DINGHY DOCKS

Club Pigeon Point - Tobago

In Tobago, anchoring is the only option, apart from in the main port at Scarborough. Accordingly, we received some useful feedback last season indicating some of the bays and locations where usable dinghy docks existed for putting guests / crew ashore, as follows...

Pigeon Point has a good dock which welcomes boats that have paid to use Pigeon Point's facilities (access to garbage, beach bar, watersports and the dock itself).

At Crown Point you can tie up inside the breakwater at the Coco Reef Resort - for free - if you are having dinner at the resort's restaurant or for a small fee otherwise.

At Plymouth there is a useful dock for putting parties ashore, and at Parlatuvier Bay there is a high concrete dock with a low section for dinghies.

At Charlotville there is a good dock with a small lower section for dinghies, and at Batteaux Bay there is a great dinghy dock that visiting yachts can use.

Finally, in Speyside, there is also a good dock, again with a lower section for dinghies.
