Mangrove Restaurant

The Mangrove Restaurant is located just footsteps from the beach at the luxury boutique hotel Barbuda Belle. The restaurant is a ‘must visit’ and very welcoming to the yachting community. 

We have received rave reviews about day trips to this restaurant / hotel.

To say that the sunsets at Mangrove Restaurant are sensational would be an understatement! Set within the mangroves facing the Caribbean Sea – adjacent to the Codrington Lagoon and the largest Frigate Bird Sanctuary in the world – it is the perfect setting to indulge in French Cuisine with a delicate twist of the Caribbean, prepared by their French chef. Set just off the pristine beach, the restaurant can seat 36 people. It’s the ideal spot for private parties, weddings or an intimate lunch or dinner. 

The chef uses herbs grown on the property to perfectly complement the fish bought daily from local fishermen. He will entice your senses with a variety of aromas and tastes: from the Lobster Salad to the decadent Chocolate Mousse. You will also be served a selection of homemade breads and pastries, seafood and seasonal foods that combine French Cuisine flavours for inspired dining. Their exciting  menu is based on modern French Cuisine fused with inherent knowledge of tropical island produce – and everything is purchased locally whenever possible to support local farmers and fishermen.
