Best LifeRaft Service plus refresher!!

We had our annual LifeRaft Service of our 4 liferafts done by Anke at LifeRafts Etc in St Martin.
I was pleased with the professional and friendly service we received. She fit us in last minute and then proceeded to invite the whole crew for a full refresher. I brought the whole crew. The liferafts were inflated and we got in while she went through detail of every part of the raft before we stepped out to talk about and open the survival pack and the crew tasted the food rations. She had so much valuable information and is so passionate about what she does (serving in the local Sea Rescue Institute herself) which makes her exciting to learn from by having real rescue stories. If I find myself in St Martin again while my rafts need a service I will rebook with her no hesitation.

Great Service.
All LSA gear sent here for annuals and had unplanned maintenance done here in the past.
Extremely thorough and great at explaining the what, why and how of the service. Goes over an above on the certificate's and information received back about all the gear.
Would definitely recommend as a service in the Caribbean.

Having attended so many LSA services over the world I was surprised finding such professional and friendly care and service for SOLAS (and recreational) LSA equipment on a tiny island in the Caribbean where you would not expect it! Anke manages a reliable and high professional service station and welcomed inspections by our crew of an 80m yacht. As member of a local SAR team she demonstrated her responsibility for life saving in a spontaneous training of the crew studded with true examples.
I highly recommend LIFE RAFTS ETC. for all kind and size of yachts and cruisers to service their equipment here also because not only the compulsory service was done but valuable add-ons were offered (eg no boat name was printed on our rafts) and hints were given handling the LSA with the required care to ensure that they will work properly in emergency.

First of all thank you so much for going above & beyond to get our raft services in a timely manner, Anke always responsive not matter the time.

They are very resourceful when one of our rafts fail they talk to the manufacturer to get it sorted ASAP.

Anke at Life Rafts Etc. serviced our Liferafts at a last minute request, we asked Anke if she would be happy to have the crew come round to see our rafts inflated and the rest of the Survival kit. Anke did a great job going above and beyond to give the crew a full on refresher on all Liferaft & survival procedures including LSA contents contained within the raft. It was very informative and way more than we actually asked for. Servicing of the rafts was quick & professional. Thank you Anke, from all the crew onboard M/Y Ocean Club.

Anke is very busy , but had a slight change in plans and fit us in for a repack so we could continue. Very professional, well organized and thorough. Price reasonable (especially when compared to US). Could be the best option in the eastern Caribbean. Certainly one if the nicest!

We bought a life raft, from this company, the product is exactly what I was expecting. Mrs Anke Roosens are very helpful, they have many life rafts on stock, but is always good to check it before.
There wore very kind to deliver it to me at Marigot dingy dock,
